Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 October 2026.
Who we are
This policy explains how Warlimagu Pty Ltd (ABN 19 693 483 457), trading as Warlimagu, collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect the personal information we need. Depending on how you deal with us, this may include:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address.
- Details about your request, such as the services you are interested in, your site or town, property type, timing and anything you write in a message.
- Feedback you send us, including your rating, comments and whether you allow us to show it on our website.
- Information we need to deliver and invoice our services, such as site contacts, access requirements and billing details.
- Technical information when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type. This is used for security and spam protection.
How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, fill in our contact form, request a quote, leave feedback or work with us on a contract. We may also receive details from your organisation when it engages us to service a site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To plan, deliver, manage and invoice our services.
- To follow up on feedback and improve our services.
- To publish feedback on our website, but only when you have given permission, and only with your first name and the initial of your surname. We never publish your email address or phone number.
- To protect our website and forms from spam and misuse.
- To meet our legal, safety and record-keeping obligations.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our contact, quote and feedback forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to check that submissions come from people rather than automated programs. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google may set cookies to do this. Information collected by reCAPTCHA is handled under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and Google may process it outside Australia.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently use website analytics. Our own website only sets a cookie when our staff sign in to our admin area. Google may set cookies through reCAPTCHA, as described above.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when it is needed, for example with:
- Our staff and the tradespeople or contractors we coordinate to deliver the services you asked for.
- Service providers that host and protect our website, including our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which carries our website traffic.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA spam protection.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy policy.
- Government agencies, regulators or others where the law requires or allows it.
Storage and security
Information sent through our website is stored in our own database on a secured server located in Sydney, Australia. Only authorised staff can access it, through a password-protected admin area. We keep short-term backups so information is not lost.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please call us if you would rather not send something online.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, for example tax and business record-keeping. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Access and correction
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
